Reliable and equitable access to energy is a key requirement for development of any society. We believe distributed green energy solutions are central to development in the modern world. Our renewable energy programs include direct electrification and sustainable livelihoods based on solar energy. We focus on science-based decision making regarding the most efficient renewable energy technologies for specific sites, deploying both wind and solar energy as per the need & suitability of the sire.
We have undertaken solar electrification projects at schools and clinics in Telangana, Karnataka, Maharashtra and Assam, providing infrastructure for appliances, equipment and digital education. In addition to reducing carbon footprint and electricity bills, electrification has had a transformative impact on the educational experience of students in the schools.
Our solar livelihoods projects include agribusiness facilitation for improved farmer incomes and reduced food waste. We also plan to expand our programs into other areas of productive use of solar energy, creating a portfolio of renewable energy-based livelihood programs.
