STEM for HER is a scholarship initiative aimed at supporting girl students pursuing undergraduate engineering education and helping them continue their STEM education and build their careers.

The scholarship is open to girl students enrolled in B. Tech / B.E. courses in Pune and Mumbai.

The scholarship is available for students pursuing:

To be eligible for the STEM for HER Scholarship, applicants must meet all of the following criteria:

● Must be a girl student.
● Must be enrolled in a 1st year of B.Tech/B.E. course.
● Must have secured a minimum of 75% marks in Class 10.
● Must have secured a minimum of 75% marks in Class 12.
● The applicant's annual family income must be less than or equal to ₹8,00,000.
● The applicant must be studying in Mumbai or Pune.

A total of 100 girl students will be selected under STEM for HER, with 50 students from Mumbai and 50 students from Pune.

Yes. Scholarship support will continue throughout the academic journey, subject to fulfilling the applicable continuation requirements and receiving the necessary approval.

Scholars are expected to maintain at least 65% academic performance during the program. Academic performance will be monitored periodically.

Yes. In addition to scholarship support, selected scholars will receive mentorship and career development support covering areas such as Social-Emotional Learning, Career Awareness, Employability Skills, Internship Readiness, Spoken English and Placement Readiness.

Scholars are expected to participate consistently in the mentorship program. The program has a target of at least 80% participation in mentorship sessions.
