Since 2019, he has been associated with the divisions of issues and listing, corporate restructuring, and the technology/process-reengineering vertical of CFD.
He had six years of work experience in the domains of Information Technology and Banking & Financial Services prior to joining SEBI. He holds a master's degree in engineering with a specialization in VLSI and Embedded Systems.
