Prof. Parul Rishi
Professor- HRM and Chairperson, Centre for Corporate Social Responsibility, IIFMDr, Parul Rishi is an academician in the discipline of Psychology related to the Environment, Climate Change and Sustainability domain, for the last 30 years in the Indian Institute of Forest Management, under the Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change, Government of India. She is a Professor and Chairperson of the HRM faculty area and Center for Corporate Social Responsibility. Published around 100 research papers, and six books, conducted about eighty MDPs, and supervised over a dozen PhDs. For the past 15 years, she is working in the innovative domain of Climate change and Human Psychology at the national and international levels.
She has been to more than fifteen countries on various academic assignments and has received a number of national/ international awards/grants/ fellowships. Author of the book ‘Managing Climate Change and Sustainability through Behavioural Transformation’(2022) by Springer Nature.
