Giving training to community activists and teachers, preparing work sheets as per government curriculum, interaction with government officials for approvals and permissions. At present he works in Project Equip as Executive in United Way of Hyderabad - Identifying and Analysing the needs of the schools, bringing approval from the Education department, maintaining good relations with government officials.

With 26 years of experience in the NGO sector Ramulu brings to the Organization his sound exposure in people development space. Ramulu had contributed effectively to several projects in Education, Health, Livelihoods, Child labour and Self Help groups. Maheshwari Narayandasu has 14 years of experience in fieldwork and training within the social service sector. She started her career in a BPO, but her passion for social service and community work led her to transition into the non-profit sector. In 2019, she joined United Way Hyderabad, where she took on the responsibility of managing NGO relationships, conducting due diligence, and overseeing grants. Maheshwari is currently pursuing a Master's in Psychology (MAPC) and a Master’s in Social Work (MSW) from Roda Mistry College of Social Work and Research Centre. Her return to academia reflects her commitment to deepening her knowledge and formalizing her expertise in social work. Maheshwari is deeply passionate about social service and community engagement. Anusha Rayanaveni is a vibrant and skilled professional with an MBA in Finance from Padala Rama Reddi Colleges in Hyderabad. She began her career as a Passport Assistant at Bhujatha Enterprises, gaining valuable experience over two years. Since joining United Way of Hyderabad in 2019, Anusha has been a key contributor, initially working as a Senior Associate in the Programs & General Administration department for 4 years. In her current role as a Manager in the General Administration team, Anusha overseas projects, including managing financial reports for CSR and non-CSR grants, maintaining NGO partnerships, and guiding NGOs on financial reporting. Her responsibilities also encompass vendor management, internal team oversight, financial due diligence reporting, and audit maintenance. Additionally, she coordinates financial reporting with chapter partners and is actively involved in project management and implementation. Outside of her professional duties, Anusha is passionate about supporting children’s education. She volunteers her time to provide free coaching and tuition to primary school students. At UWH, Aditi spearheads the Health & Wellbeing programs.
